Garlic Essential Oil

Garlic oil is one of the most famous natural remedies. Despite its well-documented benefits, it is often neglected in aromatherapy due to its overpowering scent. It is not often used for diffusion and doesn’t blend well with other oils scent-wise. However, applying the oil topically (when very well diluted) can have great benefits for skin, hair, and the immune system.
