Spearmint Essential Oil

Spearmint is known for its comparative sweetness to peppermint oil with bright sugary notes over a minty base. Much like peppermint it is used for its ability to manage pain promote gastric health and clear sinuses but it has been found to have more of a relaxing effect compared to the stimulating effects of peppermint oil.
